Silke De Vivo was born in 1977 in Merano (Bz).
She graduated in painting in Bologna, in 2006 she obtained a master’s degree in industrial design at the IUAV in Venice and in 2011 she completed a master’s degree in illustration for publishing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata. Over the years she has been selected for the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in 2003, the 4th CJ Picture Book award in Korea in 2011 and the Annual of the Italian Illustrators Association in 2013. She currently works as a freelance illustrator/designer with various communication agencies and companies.
