Products available in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1-3 business day.

Unavailable Products
Despite continuous updates to the online catalog, unexpected changes in product availability may occur, requiring additional time to restock or resulting in items becoming unavailable.
You will receive an email notifying you of any availability changes, and if possible, you will have the option to reserve the product.
If the product is no longer available, it will be removed from your order without any charge, and any amount already paid will be immediately refunded.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
For Italy, the shipping fee is €4.00, and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days; for book orders over €30, shipping is free (Standard Shipping).
Shipments to countries outside Italy have varying delivery times and costs, determined by both the package weight and the destination. We encourage you to check the final charges in your cart before completing your order; if you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to help.
In case of returns, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. Products must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use or tampering. If a replacement is requested for one or more products, the shipping cost for the new shipment will be entirely borne by the customer.
The indicated delivery times refer to business days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address, you can arrange a new delivery by calling the number provided on the missed delivery notice.

The courier does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
For particularly bulky items, an additional fee is applied based on the actual size of the package. This amount is indicated on the product page and is added to the standard shipping cost.
For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated at checkout after entering the destination address.
Note: All our deliveries are made under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, excluding taxes, duties, and local VAT, as is standard commercial practice within the European Community. Therefore, our deliveries include the cost of the goods and shipping to the recipient’s address. Any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, local VAT, and/or other ancillary charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Your country may apply customs duties and/or additional fees that are beyond our control and of which we are unaware. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
