Rébecca Dautremer was born in Gap in the south of France in 1971. After various experiences as an illustrator, she started publishing highly successful books also as an author. She lives in Paris. Some of her works have been translated into more than 12 languages. The uniqueness of her stroke, her fairy-inspired characters and the poetry they emanate give her a style that is recognisable to all.
