A sweet old lady and her spectacular dog Otto are at the park for one of their daily walks. Too bad that when she stops to admire some pigeons, Otto gets so jealous that he runs off. In trying to catch him, she falls and gets hurt. Meanwhile, Otto keeps running. But where is Otto going?
