Cecilia Ferri

Born in 1992, Cecilia Ferri graduated in the Illustration and Comics course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, where she also obtained a two-year degree in the Illustration for Publishing course. Over the years he has participated in several exhibitions, including the Macmillan Prize in London, the Silent Book Contest at the 2015 Children’s Book Fair and Pagine d’Arte in Bologna. In 2016, she won the ‘Giorgio Morandi’ engraving prize: the work with which she participated was exhibited at the Pinacoteca di Bologna.
In 2017, she was exhibited at the Illustrators Exhibition during the Children’s Book Fair where she was awarded the Ars in Fabula grant award.
She participated in a master’s course based in Macerata during which she worked on the book ‘Ora o mai più’.
