To defend ourselves from anxiety, we sometimes hide behind rituals that soothe us. Edgar does that. He lives shut inside his home, and every two or three hours, one of his thousand clocks reminds him exactly what he must do—his days follow a rigid schedule.
But one day, an unexpected event disrupts his routine. And to restore it, he’s forced to change his habits.
A story about the fear of living, the defenses we use to cope, and the changes that can open us to the world.

Themes: fear of living, obsessions and compulsions, personal growth.
